The Lite Truss jack supports and levels the Lite truss flying form system. For fine adjustment, the jack comes in three (3) sizes of jack, ranging from 12’ (0.305m) to 30’ (0.762m). The lite truss jacks remain attached to the truss and are hinged up out of the way during the flying operations.
The Lite Truss (Left and Right) may be connected to other trusses and spaces to form various lengths of panels. The Lite Truss is available either 6’ (1.83m), 5’ (1.52m), and 4’ (1.22m) height (with or without extension legs). Lite Trusses can be stacked in many ways to reach all required heights.
Lite Truss spacers connect Lite Trusses to each other to form various panel lengths. Available nominal lengths are 10’ (3.05m) and 5’ (1.52m).
Locking pin sets are used to lock the inner and extension legs for various height adjustment.
The truss pick, with a capacity of up to 1524kg, is used to lift truss panels.
Safety is built into the system by use of Guardrail Beam. This facilitated positioning of the guardrail post sockets and allows easy installation of guarded perimeter.
Nylon slings are used as an alternative to the truss pick and is used to pick up and fly truss panels.
The 3-Ton floor jack is used to lower Lite Truss when standard truss panels are used.
The Drop Center Dolly is used to transport the Lite Truss System. It has a 1636kg capacity.
Truss landing dollies are used to receive truss panels with extension legs from final positioning after flying in order to free crane.
This device is available in 4’ and 6’ sizes. It allows “one step” lowering and raising of large Lite Truss panels when extension legs are used.
Standard Glides are used to glide truss panels to the outside of a building after stripping. Titling Glides are usually placed at building edges to support truss panels in a titled position during the flying process.
